Personal Training sessions are one hour sessions. Training is provided one to five times a week.
Personal Training sessions are one-hour provided up to 2 to 5 times a week. Both Personal and Small Group training packages are available. All training sessions are tailored to help you meet your fitness goals and provides weight, body fat percentages and BMI tracking; and meal plan assistance. Rates start at $25 per hour based on how many sessions are booked per month. The training schedule is as follows, Sunday through Friday.
