TotalFit Boot Camp

High impact total body interval training combining calisthenics, cardio conditioning and strength training. Each session is designed to create a challenging workout that will shock the body and to avoid muscle memory. Each class is 45 minutes in length, intended “hit it hard and hit it fast”. Classes are designed to serve men women and teens.


A people inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive. All of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full out, and our very best effort.

Personal Training sessions are one-hour sessions. Training is provided 2 to 5 times a week Personal and Small Group training is available. Training sessions are tailored to help you meet your fitness goals and provides weight, body fat percentages and BMI tracking; and meal plan assistance. Training sessions start at $25 per hour

We’ll gladly take care of your diet

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water, concentrate on the good fats and eliminate the bad, reduce sugar and salt intake increase water intake and your plate should consist of 50% fruits and veggies

MixxedFit Class Pass


$42 for 7 Classes

All Classes are being held weekly in the following days & hours:

Boot Camp Sunday 4pm Tuesday & Tuesday 6pm – 7pm ($10 drop in fee)
MixxedFit Sunday 5pm 1st & 3rd Thursdays 7pm ($7 drop in fee)
