Patrice Murphy is a health enthusiast who has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. Her certifications include CrossFit Trainer, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp, Group Fitness Instructor, MixxedFit Instructor, and a diploma in Sports Nutrition.
Patrice's approach to fitness training is very simple: eat clean, sleep better, and exercise to lose weight. Additionally, her training methods include a unique combination of strength training, cardio conditioning, and FUN to create the ultimate fitness experience.
As a Biology Pre-Med Graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, Patrice understands that in addition to exercise, proper nutrition and adequate sleep are significant to any weight loss program. She constantly reminds her clients that “you can’t out train a bad diet", and "restoration of the body, through healthy sleep patterns, is equally as important as exercise."
Finally, Patrice believes that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is key to longevity, and the only way to accomplish this is by developing innovative training programs that focuses on challenging and conditioning both the mind and body.
Classes & Services
Here at Curves and Gains, we offer classes and personal training services that focus on strength training, cardio conditioning, and FUN. Regardless of your fitness level, Curves and Gains can help you reach your fitness goals!
Personal Training sessions are 30-minutes to one-hour sessions, and are offered one-on-one or to small groups 2 to 5 times a week. Training sessions are tailored to help you meet your fitness goals and provides weight, body fat percentages, Body Mass Index (BMI) tracking,and meal plan assistance.
TOTAL FIT BOOTCAMP
High impact total body interval training combining calisthenics, cardio conditioning and strength training. Each session is designed to create a challenging workout that will shock the body and to avoid muscle memory.
A people inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive. All of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full out, and our very best effort.
VIDEOS ON DEMAND
Videos on Demand gives you access to paid pre-recorded workouts for legs, glutes, abs, core and total body. You can also gain access to the Curves and Gains You vs. You 21-Day Challenge series. All of the on demand videos can be performed at your own pace right from home.
