Each session is designed to create a challenging workout that will shock the body and to avoid muscle memory. Each class is 45 minutes in length, intended “hit it hard and hit it fast”. Classes are designed to serve men women and teens.
A people inspired fitness program that incorporates explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about our dance fitness program can be described as explosive. All of our movements are always big, exaggerated, full out, and our very best effort.
High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT programmed specifically for men. Each workout is comprised of cardio, core, strength and conditioning exercises. With the constant variability of body weight exercises and weighted exercises, each class is intended to challenge you differently each time.
Personal Training sessions are one-hour provided up to 2 to 5 times a week. Both Personal and Small Group training packages are available. All training sessions are tailored to help you meet your fitness goals and provides weight, body fat percentages and BMI tracking; and meal plan assistance. Rates start at $25 per hour based on how many sessions are booked per month. The training schedule is as follows, Sunday through Friday.
